Moving Terms And Condtions

  1. Booking Is Not Confirmed Until Booking Confirmation Invoice Is Generated By Us , Your Invoice Number Contains All Your Details.
  2. Driver Is booked According To details provided To Him By Company  Invoice, If Any Changes For Example :- Number Of Items , Heavy Duty Items, Extra Floors Number Of helpers Are Not Able To Lift Items Or Time Exceeded Over Night. Then Driver Can Ask For These Requirements And Advance Payment.
  3. We Provide Full Cover For Your Belongings ( Goods And Transit Insurance ) Document Will Be Provided On Demand
  4. Van Is Equipped With Basic Packing Materials For Fragile Items – Pallet Sheet , Blankets To Cover Items , Its Loader Responsibility To  Pack Everything Properly And Straps Them. 
  5. In Case Any Damage We Will Submit Your Case To Insurance Company , But You Cannot Stop Our Service Charges.
  6. Their Is No Discount For Upstairs , Charges For Up Stairs Are £20/hour/floor
  7. Driver Can Ask For Payment At Arrival Or Before Unloading.
  8. In Full Flat Price Their Is Time Restriction. When Van Will Arrive At Pick-Up Time Starts When Empty Unloaded Time Stops. If Time exceeds driver Can Ask for Payment Before Unloading.

Storage Terms And Conditions

 

  1. Storage Is Not Confirmed Until Storage Confirmation Invoice From us Is Not Generated
  2. Monthly Storage Charges Should Pay Minimum Before One Day Of Last date Or On Last Date.
  3. If Monthly Charges Not Paid On Time Then £3.33/day/25/Sq feet. Fine. 
  4. Deposit Is Necessary For Storage ( If One Month booking Then One Month Rent In Deposit And One Month Rent Rent In Advance.
  5.   Storage Rent And Moving Charges Are Completely Separate
